Dan Lejerskar

CEO & Chairman

Lejerskar began his career at Volvo Aerospace as program manager for the Arianne 5 rocket program for the main engine rocket, where he was responsible for the coordination and development between Volvo, MBB, Fiat and SEP. In 1999, he co-founded EON Reality and also headed RealityBUY.com, a company which developed interactive 3D focusing on development, content and application. The company grew organically to a peak of $240 million. In 2009, he co-founded Greenwave Systems, a company which accelerates Internet of Things with a software and services platform that enables managed services simply, affordably and at scale. He helped grow that company organically to a $190 million value. His awards include Most Accomplished Businessman for Fastest Growing Company in Sweden, Co-winner with the CEO of Volvo AB of Chalmers University of Technology Daleen Prize, and Entrepreneur of the Year. He has been selected to speak in the capacity of a VR expert to the Asian Leadership Conference in 2015 and 2016.
Lejerskar holds dual Masters of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science from Chalmers University of Technology, Gothenburg, Sweden.

Dr. Anthony C. Chang

Chief Intelligence and Innovation Officer

Dr. Anthony Chang attended Johns Hopkins University for his B.A. in molecular biology prior to entering Georgetown University School of Medicine for his M.D. He then completed his pediatric residency at Children’s Hospital National Medical Center and his pediatric cardiology fellowship at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. He accepted a position as attending cardiologist in the cardiovascular intensive care unit of Boston Children’s Hospital and as assistant professor at Harvard Medical School.

Dr. Mary Gallagher

Executive Consultant and former President at Los Angeles City College

Dr. Mary Gallagher is an Executive Consultant and the former President at Los Angeles City College (LACC). She is an experienced and passionate leader dedicated to advancing the college's mission and vision of providing quality higher education to all regardless of background or financial means. She has a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of Southern California and a Master's in Higher Education Administration from the University of California, Los Angeles. Prior to her role as President, Dr. Gallagher served as the Vice President of Academic Affairs at Santa Monica College and the Dean of Student Services at West Los Angeles College. She is committed to creating a culture of excellence, equity and inclusion throughout the LACC campus.

Mylene Abiva, is currently the President/ CEO, FELTA Multi-Media Inc., a 56 year old company engaged in
introducing innovative instructional materials and educational devices for school technology. FELTA is the Education Solution Provider of INTEL Education since 2012.Microsoft Global Training Partner since 2013. She occupies a throne in the Seat of Knowledge. Being a Past President, Philippine Marketing Association (2009), Certified Professional Marketer, Organizer of the Philippine Robotics Olympiad , Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Philippines (Women Entrepreneur) (2009), ASEAN Business Leader (Woman Category) (2014) , ASEAN Woman Entrepreneur (2015), 100 Most Influential Filipina Women in the World (2016), ASIA CEO Most Innovative Company (2017) . World Robot Olympiad Ambassador (2018 to present) GO NEGOSYO Pioneer Mentor since 2005 (Expertise on MARKETING) United Nations Women Empowerment Awardee for Leadership Commitment and Gender Responsive Marketplace (2020) , Asia’s Top Outstanding Woman Marketer of the Year (2020).

BERTIL ANDERSSON

President Emeritus, Nanyang Technological University

Professor Andersson uses his lifetime of experience of working in institutions of higher learning and research to help guide EON Reality in building stronger relations with academia and developing solutions that solve the needs of educational institutions. He is a prominent biochemist and won the Wilhelm Exner Medal in recognition of his research in biochemistry. He joined NTU as its first Provost in 2007, and in 2011 was appointed President. During Andersson’s stint as President, NTU moved from 74th position in 2010 to 11th in 2017 in the QS World University Rankings leadership, making it the highest ranked Asian university.
Prof. Andersson has been a leading proponent of the flipped classroom at the university level, and its adoption has been part of NTU’s meteoric success. In working with EON Reality, Prof. Andersson is looking to evolve the flipped classroom into “Classroom 3.0.” which blends e-learning, moocs, and distance learning with experiential learning technologies such as EON Reality’s EON-XR Platform. Additionally, Andersson will advise our network of Academies and help guide its future development.

Dr. Renah Wolzinger

Chief Academic Officer at EON Reality

Dr. Renah Wolzinger is Chief Academic Officer for EON Reality. She is a data-driven analyst and consultant with over 20 years of experience as an academic dean, department chair, and faculty member in California’s community colleges. She holds a number of copyrights and patents with a focus in digital media, and received her Doctorate in Higher Education Leadership from California State University, Fullerton, focusing on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in Workforce Education. Prior to joining EON Reality, Dr. Wolzinger was the Director of Solutions Engineering for SaaS-based academic management company eLumen after a lengthy career with academic institutions such as the California Community College System’s Chancellor’s Office, Saddleback College, and Golden West College.

Dr. Luz Longsworth

Senior Corporate Director, Sandals Corporate University

Dr. Luz Longsworth holds a Doctorate in Business Administration in Higher Education Management from the University of Bath in the United Kingdom, a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and French (First Class Hons.), a Master of Business Administration (Marketing) degrees from the University of the West Indies (Mona), and a Master of Arts degree in Hispanic Studies from Queen’s University, Ontario, Canada.

Dr. Luz Longsworth is a Higher Education Professional who has held executive posts in both academia and Business over the last 30 years. She has led university Campuses in the Caribbean and also worked in senior leadership roles in manufacturing and financial services. She has extensive experience in leading across multiple jurisdictions in the Caribbean as well as with dealing with organizations on five continents.

Her research and practice focus on Virtual Leadership in Higher Education, Leadership Development, Women in Leadership, and Organizational Transformation and Change. Her most recent post was Pro Vice-Chancellor (Global Affairs) and Principal of the University of the West Indies (UWI) Open Campus, which is the Online and Flexible Learning campus of the UWI. She is a sought-after speaker and leadership consultant within the Caribbean, the UK and beyond.

She is also a researcher and writer as well as a sought after public speaker.

Jan Kjallstrom

Chief Research, Development, & Innovation Officer

Jan began his career 1997 by heading the VR content development at Yokohama VR Center in Japan and developed one of the worlds first 6-degree of freedom (6DOF) Virtual Reality Excavator Training Simulator for Komatsu, Japan. Since then he’s been responsible of all global software and hardware systems development including Virtual Reality Icube, Interactive multi-user Dome system, mobile VR and AR applications and EON Reality’s own software platform, EON Professional.

Jan is currently leading the global Product Development that is spread around the globe at offices in Sweden, UK, France, Singapore, Australia and US. The latest development under Jan’s leadership is EON-XR. It’s a scalable, cloud based, Software as a Service AR and VR Platform that provides the core features needed for educational institutions and enterprises to build, deploy, and scale knowledge transfer applications.

Jan specializes in VR and AR innovation and currently holds 5 approved patents and many more pending. He holds a Masters of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology, Gothenburg, Sweden.

Sridhar Sunkad

Regional Director - Singapore

Sridhar received a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from BMSCollege, India. He then studied for his master program at Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg Sweden.
In 1999, he joined EON Reality as a founding team member in Irvine, California. From 2003 till 2007, he was based in Chicago, driving the Midwest accounts along with managing the channels growth for Asian markets. Since 2008, Sridhar has been based in Singapore managing the subsidiary operations. Into 2020, Mr. Sunkad has led the EON Singapore operations with a successful track record of providing leadership and vision over the last 12 years. He is responsible for overseeing EON’s APAC markets along with R & D charter at Singapore office.
