For modern-day engineering students, many schools have been attempting to fill the void of physical hands-on training by offering additional digital materials, industrial visits and technical talks by industry professionals, but this proved to be less-than-desirable for MITT’s Department of Mechanical Engineering. Looking to connect their academic offerings to real industrial opportunities as much as possible, being able to offer not only EON-XR solutions for their own lessons but also XR certification courses has been a major benefit for the institute.
