IRVINE, CA, May 29, 2018 – EON Reality, the world leader in Augmented and Virtual Reality based knowledge transfer for industry and education, together with its regional partners the Municipalities of Elverum and Hamar, Hedmark County, and Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences inaugurated the Hamar facilities of EON Reality Norway this Tuesday. This location completes the facilities of EON Reality Norway, will educate the next generation of Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality professionals, and will continue to support national innovation in Norway with its regional partners such as Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences, Making View AS, Innit AS, Kjeller Innovation AS, Elverum Regional Business Development, Hamar Game Collective, and Hamar Regional Business Development.

The Hamar location consists of a showroom featuring the latest in AR and VR equipment, a lab for AR and VR development, and classrooms to educate AR and VR developers. Additionally, the Hamar location will contain EON Reality Norway’s headquarters. The functions of EON Reality Norway will be split between the Elverum and Hamar locations, with development and student education taking place in Hamar and Elverum will continue its Security/Defence focus.
