IRVINE, CA — August 25, 2026 — EON Reality today announced EON XR Infinite, a next-generation simulation platform in which an author names a subject and receives a narrated, interactive 3D Simulation built around a real 3D object the learner can operate. In the same announcement, the company confirmed that EON XR Infinite is the current generation of EON XR and EON AI, combining both products into a single enhanced platform. Every existing EON XR and EON AI customer receives EON XR Infinite as part of their existing subscription at no additional cost.

EON XR was an excellent product: a bridge between a traditional LMS and the real lab. It put immersive content in the hands of teachers and trainers who would otherwise have had none, and it did real work for real customers for years. EON XR Infinite takes everything EON XR and EON AI delivered and adds: full simulation capability, photorealistic avatars, a capability to create 3D models beyond what it is in the expanded library — the enhancements customers asked for most. The evolution, technology, and capabilities are detailed in the accompanying white paper, «From Bridge to Simulator: The Next Generation of EON-XR.»

Customers said so themselves. The recurring verdict in EON Reality’s own customer conversations was that EON XR delivered good value against a traditional LMS for learn, train and perform — and that it was still far away from a real simulator. EON XR Infinite is built to close exactly that gap.

What the Enhanced EON XR Infinite and EON AI does

An author types a subject, and a narrated, interactive 3D Simulation is built around it in minutes. In the platform today:

  • In EON XR we had access to 3D models from predominantly one database. We have now enhanced it to eight different database libraries with millions of free 3D models. Every one is licence-checked for commercial use before anyone sees it, with the attribution recorded. If the model required is not found in any of the libraries, then EON XR Infinite enables you to create that model from pictures. This was not available in EON XR.
  • One subject returns five different courses, graded Level 1 «Starting out» through Level 5 «Mastery». The author takes one, or several, or writes their own.
  • The system names the parts by looking at the actual 3D object — in a live run it named twelve parts on a real jet engine — and writes the procedure document automatically.
  • It builds a photorealistic 360° environment around the subject; a real one was generated in about thirty seconds.
  • Four ways to learn — Full simulation capability including Show Me, Train Me, Let Me Try and Evaluate Me — with the last one scored, and results administrators can see.
  • Photorealistic avatar with Spoken narration from, and the same Simulation delivered in multiple languages.
  • A human reviews and corrects every AI-produced label before anything is published. That step is mandatory and cannot be skipped.
  • Approved models join the library, so the next author gets one instantly. A repeat build took 0.2 seconds against 25 seconds the first time.
  • It runs on the Meta Quest 3 headsets customers already own, and a modern Babylon-based engine.

The name is the promise. Where EON Genesis is focused on the enterprise, EON XR Infinite offers an endless supply of subjects rather than a fixed catalogue — which is where «Infinite» comes from. EON XR had a limitation: it worked with a fixed 3D model library. «Infinite» means that limitation has been removed entirely.

What makes EON XR Infinite & EON AI different

EON XR Infinite is built on an upgraded modern Babylon-based platform with photorealistic environments and presenters. It removes the limitation that defined the original EON XR/EON AI — a fixed 3D model library, cartoonish avatars, the inability to create 3D models beyond what’s offered in the the limited 3D library,  — and replaces it with:

  • access to millions of licence-checked 3D models from 8 library databases
  • ability to create 3D models from a picture or prompts
  • full simulation capability
  • photorealistic avatars
  • Improved multi-language narration

EON AI capabilities have also been being enhanced including:

  • A brand-new Life Skills model for soft skills that includes role play based on photorealistic avatar interaction along with visual interaction based on standard text and image document input
  • AI-powered curriculum utilizing the latest frontier labs
  • Comprehensive assessment
  • Complete guidance and live assistance that are fully integrated.

Existing EON XR and EON AI customers receive all of these enhancements as part of their current subscription at no additional cost. This is a product evolution, not a product change.

«EON XR Infinite is the natural evolution of EON XR and EON AI — same products, same subscription, dramatically enhanced capabilities. The word ‘Infinite’ means exactly what it says: where EON XR worked with a limited model library, partial simulation scope, gamelike avatar visual quality, EON-XR Infinite removes these limitations entirely. Our customers receive full simulation, photorealistic environments, and integrated AI — all included in the subscription they already hold,» said Dan Lejerskar, Founder & Chairman, EON Reality.
