Having been on the road on a world tour across Europe and Asia for the last two months, I have been humbled and gratified by many of the learning experiences I gleaned from the trip. We left just as COVID-19 was slowly rising throughout many of the areas, but we couldn’t have anticipated the devastating impact it would have on the countries we visited.

Skip ahead to the present, where schools and workplaces around the world have shut down in a bid to contain the spread of infection. The full impact of this outbreak is yet to be seen, but there is no doubt the economic impact will be debilitating to economies and businesses large and small. 

During my trip, I was queried by many of the educational institutions and companies on how EON-XR could help to address the remote learning and training issues that emerged in the forefront during this period. We were also encouraged by these institutions and companies to integrate EON-XR as part of their virtual learning plan for the foreseeable future. 

We know that this is a difficult time for many, but yet at the same time, we genuinely want to extend a helping hand to those who need it. We are lucky to be in an age where technologies can both serve us and keep us safe at the same time. EON-XR offers the opportunity for large classes and training sessions to be conducted without the need to be physically present. 

In line with our mission to make knowledge a human right, we have also developed a cost-effective solution that requires no investment of additional infrastructure such as VR or AR headsets — only a mobile device or a desktop.
