Program Overview

The EON Reality Spatial AI Internship Program is designed for students and recent graduates who want real, hands-on experience working with AI, XR, and immersive technologies used by enterprises and institutions worldwide.

What You Will Experience

Hands-on work with Spatial AI, XR, and immersive learning platforms
Participation in real internal and client-facing projects
Exposure to enterprise workflows across technology, business, and delivery teams
Direct interaction with mentors, project leads, and product teams

Internship Tracks

Candidates may apply for one primary track, with opportunities to explore others:

Spatial AI & XR Content Development
Software Development & AI Integration
Marketing, Growth & Sales Enablement
Business Operations & Project Delivery

Program Structure

Month 1 - Discover & Learn

Participants attend the Spatial AI Internship & Entrepreneur School, gaining foundational skills through guided learning and hands-on assignments. Completion of this phase earns a Certificate of Completion. This initial phase is unpaid and focused on skill-building.

Advanced Opportunities (Months 2-5)

Top performing participants may be selected to continue in advanced tracks with deeper project responsibility. This phase is tuition-based ($500/month) and includes performance-based bonuses and potential job offers for exceptional contributors.
