Irvine, CA May 22, 2026 – EON AI Venture, together with EON Reality, the 25-year leader in immersive AI and XR learning, today announced the formal launch of EON Spatial OS, a hardware-agnostic operating system that unifies its Genesis 3 generative content engine, Assist IQ real-time AI co-worker, Field IQ performance platform, and Career Compass workforce intelligence into a single industrial AI layer. The platform is positioned as the enterprise complement to the consumer “ecosystem of you” recently described by Qualcomm CEO Cristiano Amon, who calls the emerging man-machine paradigm “Human 2.0.”

EON Spatial OS targets the world’s 2.7 billion deskless workers — the technicians, operators, and frontline staff across energy, aerospace, healthcare, manufacturing, and skilled trades who have been systematically excluded from the first wave of generative AI. Where white-collar AI has been deployed against keyboards, EON Spatial OS is deployed against the physical world: a compressor on an offshore platform, a valve manifold in a refinery, an MRI scanner in a hospital, a jet engine module in a hangar.

“Amon called it Human 2.0. We have been building the industrial version for 25 years. The difference is simple: consumer Human 2.0 pays your dinner bill. Industrial Human 2.0 prevents a $50 million unplanned shutdown. That is where AI moves the P&L, and that is where EON Spatial OS lives,” stated Dan Lejerskar, Founder and Chairman, EON Reality.

An OS, not a tool

EON Spatial OS organizes the company’s product family into a coherent platform that sits above any glasses, headset, or tablet:

  • Genesis 3 — the generative 3D content factory. Object→World and Photo→Environment pipelines turn a single photograph or scan into a spatially-anchored knowledge object, dropping per-asset authoring cost by an order of magnitude.
  • Assist IQ — the real-time AI co-worker. Sees what the worker sees through glasses or tablet, recognizes the asset, retrieves the procedure, narrates the next step, and verifies completion.
  • Field IQ — the operations performance layer. Binds spatial procedures to IoT signals from the asset; logs near-misses; documents first-time-fix rate; surfaces analytics to the operations leader.
  • Career Compass — the workforce intelligence layer. Maps skills to jobs to income pathways, feeding the academic-to-enterprise flywheel under EON’s ImpactShare™ model.

Hardware-agnostic, by design

EON Spatial OS runs today on Ray-Ban Meta Display, Microsoft HoloLens 2, Meta Quest 3 and 3S, iPad, Android tablets, and the web. It is pre-integration-ready for Samsung Galaxy Glasses (August 2026 launch, Android XR / Qualcomm AR1), Snap Specs (Snap, Inc.’s Specs Inc. subsidiary), Meta Orion (developer 2026) and Artemis (consumer 2027), Apple AR Glasses (expected 2027–2028), and the broader Android XR family from Xreal, Pico, and RayNeo.

This positions EON Spatial OS as the only enterprise-grade content layer that the CIO does not have to bet a hardware roadmap to deploy: pilots launch in Q3 2026 on hardware already in the customer’s hands and scale onto whichever ecosystem wins the consumer race.

Introducing the CIO Innovation Package

Alongside the platform launch, EON is unveiling the CIO Innovation Package: a fixed-scope, fixed-price $250,000 ninety-day pilot designed for the experimentation budget available to enterprise CIOs and CTOs under the current generation of AI mandates. The package includes asset capture and Genesis 3 procedural authoring, Assist IQ deployment on existing hardware, baseline-and-delta measurement against an operations KPI of the customer’s choosing, and a pre-built pilot-to-operations playbook for handoff to the COO or VP of Operations.

The package is structured to convert: pilot dollars sourced from innovation budgets pay back in 90 days; subsequent site expansion and enterprise MSAs draw on operations and maintenance budgets, where contract sizes typically scale ten- to forty-fold.

“The traditional training contract caps out at one to three million dollars because it is sized against an L&D budget. Sold against the cost of one unplanned shutdown, the same content engine supports a ten to thirty million dollar operations contract. We are not a training vendor anymore. We are an operations performance partner with a content factory underneath,” added Dan Lejerskar, Founder and Chairman, EON Reality.

Customer momentum

EON Spatial OS is being deployed against active engagements with ExxonMobil (signed POC, upfront payment structure, Genesis 3 authoring for upstream operations), Saudi Aramco (OCI in-kingdom hosting confirmed, ongoing training and field-assist engagement), NLI Kuwait (GCC partnership proposal with first right of refusal), the University of California, Riverside Extension (Socially Immersive English pilot, 100 seats, June 2026 start), and Skills Group New Zealand (national skills infrastructure pursuit). The platform builds on EON Reality’s established base of more than 4,400 institutional customers across over 80 countries, with more than 136 million platform downloads and five approved XR/VR patents.
