Irvine, CA – June 9, 2026 – EON Reality, together with EON AI Ventures, today announced Compound IQ – the learning loop at the center of the Intelligence Flywheel. Compound IQ converts the discrepancy telemetry captured by Assess IQ, the gap between what a procedure says and what a worker actually does, into improved Genesis twins and tightened SOPs – overnight, and gated for safety.

Compound IQ is the station that turns the Flywheel from a pipeline into a flywheel: the feedback arrow that makes a company’s owned intelligence grow brighter with every cycle. The architecture, feedback-loop methodology, and industrial impact of this approach are detailed in the accompanying white paper, Turning Knowledge Gaps into Assets: How Compound IQ Boosts Industrial Intelligence Overnight

Most training is a one-time event

Conventional training is delivered once and then decays; the knowledge never improves, and the safe workarounds an experienced crew discovers stay locked in their heads. Without a learning loop, every product on the Flywheel is static — the wheel turns but nothing compounds. Meanwhile the most valuable data in the industrial world, the delta between the written procedure and what actually happens at the equipment, is captured and then thrown away.

The product

Run as a nightly, Conductor-orchestrated batch, Compound IQ reads Assess IQ’s discrepancy records and xAPI telemetry from the customer’s Learning Record Store, aggregates them per site and per procedure, and classifies each divergence. Safe, repeated divergences — better real-world practice than the written SOP — become proposed refinements to the Genesis twin and the procedure; unsafe divergences become targeted micro-lessons and supervisor alerts. Every proposed refinement is verified by EON Verdict before it can update a twin, and approved changes are written back to Genesis and Brainy with full versioning and rollback. The effect is knowledge that appreciates overnight, and a moat that deepens with every shift and across the entire customer base.

“Most companies try to capture the procedure. We capture the gap between the procedure and reality — the part that was always locked in a retiring expert’s head — and Compound IQ turns that gap into a sharper procedure every shift. Your knowledge appreciates overnight, even after your best people have gone,” said Dan Lejerskar, Founder and Chairman, EON Reality.

A station, not a product

Scenario Factory, Conductor, Verdict, and Compound IQ do not sell on their own merit. Each earns its position on the Intelligence Flywheel — EON’s seven-station, self-reinforcing loop that turns an enterprise’s own operations into intelligence no competitor can buy or scrape:

  1. Genesis 3 watches an expert once and turns the demonstration into a governed 3D step-by-step procedure.
  2. Scenario Factory authors thousands of those procedures overnight — a whole plant, not one step at a time.
  3. Field IQ + Brainy delivers the procedure on smart glasses and escalates to a human when unsure.
  4. Assess IQ verifies competency from multi-camera capture and records the discrepancy between manual and reality.
  5. Compound IQ turns every captured discrepancy into a sharper procedure every shift — announced today.
  6. Conductor runs the whole loop en masse and routes each task to the right model tier.
  7. Verdict + Integrity Suite carries adversarial verification, passports, and a Trust Ledger — provable trust.

The completed loop is what EON calls the Human 2.0 OS — H2O for short.

Trust and safety, by construction

A confidently wrong AI on a safety-critical industrial step is unacceptable. Every station of the Flywheel ships with three guarantees, baked into the architecture:

  • It checks itself first. Before any new procedure or refinement goes live, independent adversarial agents try hard to prove it wrong. Only what survives publishes.
  • It asks when unsure. On a safety-critical step, an uncertain system stops and calls a human rather than bluffing through.
  • Everything is on the record. Every action and decision is logged, reversible, and mapped to the customer’s safety frame — ATEX, API, OSHA — audit-ready by default.

The AI never gets the final say, on its own, on a step that could hurt someone.

Pilot availability

Compound IQ enters limited pilot availability today, running per-site twin refinement and unsafe-divergence training as its first production loop, with cross-customer compounding to follow. It is available as part of EON’s 90-day Human 2.0 Engagement (H2O); Cohort 1 is limited to ten anchor industrial enterprises in 2026.
