Most training is a one-time event
Conventional training is delivered once and then decays; the knowledge never improves, and the safe workarounds an experienced crew discovers stay locked in their heads. Without a learning loop, every product on the Flywheel is static — the wheel turns but nothing compounds. The product
Run as a nightly, Conductor-orchestrated batch, Compound IQ reads Assess IQ’s discrepancy records and xAPI telemetry from the customer’s Learning Record Store, aggregates them per site and per procedure, and classifies each divergence. Safe, repeated divergences — better real-world practice than the written SOP — become proposed refinements to the Genesis twin and the procedure; unsafe divergences become targeted micro-lessons and supervisor alerts. Every proposed refinement is verified by EON Verdict before it can update a twin, and approved changes are written back to Genesis and Brainy with full versioning and rollback. The effect is knowledge that appreciates overnight, and a moat that deepens with every shift and across the entire customer base.
