Malm has served on EON Reality’s Advisory Board since 2001 and brings his expertise in the Industry, Medical and Technology sectors as well as regional expertise in Asia to EON Reality’s operations. He succeeds Dan Lejerskar who will continue, in his capacity as a Founder of EON Reality, to actively lead the EON Human 2.0 Initiative and its global expansion.

Mr. Malm served 9 years (2001-2010) as Independent Director of Samsung Electronics Co Ltd, Seoul Korea. Malm was President Asia Pacific and Senior Vice President for Dell Computer Corporation, where he was responsible for Dell’s business operations in the region with a size of US$3billion in revenue and 3,500 employees. From 1997 to 1999, Malm was Senior Vice President of General Electric (GE) Company and President of General Electric Asia Pacific with the base in Hong Kong, where he was regionally responsible for the company’s 11 business units totaling US $10 billion in Revenue with 40,000 employees.

Between 1992 and 1997 Malm held position of President and CEO of GE Medical Systems Asia and Vice President of General Electric (GE) Company. In this position he developed the organization into a fully integrated region-wide business, growing revenues to US $1 billion and earnings to US $100 mill with 4,000 employees. Malm is a 20-year veteran of the major Swedish conglomerate SKF AB, where he held several positions in finance, marketing, regional management, business development and services and ended up as Deputy Group Managing Director in 1990.

Malm holds a Bachelor degree from 1971 in Economics and Business Administration from the Gothenburg School of Business, Economics and Law in Sweden.

Malm’s extensive experience in industry, medical, and ICT significantly strengthens EON Reality’s position to globally deploy the EON EON-XR Platform with enterprise and educational customers, specifically in Asia.
