EON Reality recently partnered with our friends at Panasonic to showcase the latest interactive 3D solutions at the SLV Expo 2012 in Singapore from June 20-22, 2012. Panasonic showcased some of its newest cutting edge solutions including its new 20,000 lumens 3-chip DLP projector PT-DZ21KE, which was used in a unique dual projector dome setup with EON Reality’s interactive 3D software. Also showcased was an EON VRTS (Virtual Reality Training System), an interactive 3D training simulator for the Oil and Gas industry, as well as the EON Interactive Mirror which has been popular within the Retail industry.
“We have received great market feedback from the use of Panasonics 65″ Plasma displays in the EON Interactive Mirror solution*, and it was natural for us to support Panasonics’ initiatives at the SLV Expo 2012,” said Pontus Appelqvist, VP Sales Asia at EON Reality. “Panasonic’s unique edge blending capabilities of the new PT-DZ21KE projector – combined with the flexibility of EON Reality’s software – enabled the set-up of a highly complex multi-channel interactive 3D dome solution in less than 1 day,” concluded Mr. Appelqvist.
“Panasonic has undertaken considerable efforts to be always conscious of the end-users’ needs, and we understand that is not just about creating amazing hardware. Thus, we choose to invite EON Reality as the company offers a very strong product portfolio of off-the-shelf 3D software and interactive 3D applications combined with a unique experience in this field,” said Leonard Chee, General Manager at Panasonic Systems Asia Pacific.
