EON Reality’s longtime partner in Switzerland is the latest university to receive the powerful new solutions.

IRVINE, CA, March 7, 2023 – EON Reality, Inc. (“EON Reality”), a global leader in Virtual and Augmented Reality (“XR”)  industry and education solutions powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI), announces a new element to its partnership with the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts to bring cutting-edge Spatial AI technology to its students.

Lucerne University was already one of the top creators and innovators within EON Reality’s global network, and now they’re making content creation even easier with EON AI Assistant. By adding EON AI Assistant to their existing suite of EON Reality solutions, Lucerne University will help its students learn even more efficiently and retain information longer. Simultaneously, the new AI-based features will allow professors and instructors to save significant time and effort when crafting their own lessons.

These developments come on top of the EON Reality products and features already in Lucerne University’s possession, such as the industry-leading XR library and ability to create and share content on any device. Throughout this learning and teaching experience, EON AI Assistant will provide support and break down barriers for creation, distribution and consumption of information.

“Lucerne University has been one of our top contributors in Europe ever since they joined our global network, so I am excited to see them become one of the early adopters of EON AI Assistant,” says Dan Lejerskar, Founder, CEO and Chairman of EON Reality. “They have always been a forward-thinking school, and I’m certain they will find ways to make the most of Spatial AI and become an example for all to follow. I look forward to seeing their AI-based improvements and creations.”

One of the key features of EON Reality’s new AI-powered technology is the use of Spatial AI, featuring a full-bodied avatar that can see, hear, and interact with the world around it.. This AI-driven avatar can show, tell, and teach about various topics using XR demonstrations, and can also guide and assist users in real-world tasks while providing real-time feedback. Additionally, Spatial AI provides a unique layer on top of existing AI-based language models — one explicitly trained with specific information for each segment, initially focusing on academic studies.

As a result of the culmination of decades of work with global enterprises and world-class academic institutions, EON Reality’s solutions are the primary products and content delivery vehicles for AI-powered XR education and industry solutions. EON Reality’s partnership with Lucerne University will provide students and faculty with access to these solutions so that they may provide immersive experiences that will push education forward on every level.
