Both parties have expressed interest in formalizing this collaboration through a Memorandum of Understanding, subject to formal approval by EON Reality’s Board of Directors and Kenyan government authorities.
The partnership will be structured through EON Reality’s innovative Grant Guarantee Program, with EON Reality and Learn for Life (EON’s non-profit arm) contributing to the investment, demonstrating a significant commitment to Kenya’s digital transformation.
