Field IQ is the Deploy station of EON’s Intelligence Flywheel, the self-reinforcing loop that captures expert judgment, puts it on every worker, verifies what actually happens, and improves itself every shift.
Built on EON’s 25-year-old Genesis substrate, Field IQ closes the last unbridged gap in industrial knowledge work: the moment a senior operator with thirty years of judgment retires while a new technician with eight months of experience walks the night shift alone. The knowledge is walking out the door
Across heavy industry, the most valuable knowledge lives in the hands of senior operators most of it never written down anywhere. When Sam, a 30-year lead operator, retires in six months, his judgment leaves with him. The product
A field worker wearing Meta Ray-Ban Display glasses sees the next step of an industrial procedure in their field of view. They photograph the work; Claude Sonnet 4.6 grades the photo against the procedure’s verbatim verification prompt and returns pass-or-retry in roughly ten seconds. Each verdict, with its photo and timestamp, lands in an append-only audit log readable by the trainer and supervisor in real time. At session complete, a signed PDF certificate is generated and filed — OSHA-, ATEX-, and API-audit-ready by default.
