Irvine, CA  —  May 25, 2026.  EON Reality, the immersive AI workforce platform behind 25 years of XR and AI deployments across 80 countries, together with EON AI Ventures, today launched the Genesis Bootcamp — a five-day, fixed-scope engagement that takes energy operators from training need to deployed AI workforce module in a single working week. The company is opening cohorts to additional tier-one operators through 2026.

THE ENERGY WORKFORCE INFLECTION

Three forces are converging across the energy industry in a way no traditional training stack can absorb.

Retiring expertise.  Decades of operational knowledge — refinery cold-start sequencing, downhole intervention, FPSO HSE protocols, turnaround orchestration — are walking out the door across the global energy workforce. Capturing that knowledge as immersive, replayable training before it is lost has become a board-level priority.

Verifiable competency demands.  Regulators, insurers, and corporate boards no longer accept attendance-based training. They demand demonstrated competency under simulated stress. Watching a video does not satisfy the standard. Performing a high-pressure intervention in immersive simulation does.

A new generation of operators.  Workers entering the industry today have spent their lives inside interactive media. They expect simulation, feedback loops, and mastery — not classroom days and three-ring binders. Operators who fail to meet that expectation are losing the talent war.

WHAT’S INSIDE THE BOOTCAMP

Each Genesis Bootcamp is run on-site or hybrid, led by a senior EON team that includes the company’s founders and product owners. The five-day arc is disciplined and repeatable.

Day 01 — Discover. Veteran-led kickoff with customer leadership. Map three to five highest-impact pain points. Lock the single flagship use case. Capture SOPs, environments, and equipment specifications. Define success metrics: time-to-competency, incident reduction, deployment cost.

Day 02 — Generate. Genesis 3 generates the photoreal 3D environment from customer assets. Procedural training scenarios are authored. Brainy mentor configured with the customer’s voice, branding, and domain language. First playable build by end of day.

Day 03 — Refine. Customer subject-matter experts validate every detail — accuracy is non-negotiable in oil and gas. Equipment behavior, physics, HSE branches, edge cases, and assessment criteria are iterated against real operational scenarios.

Day 04 — Integrate. The module is connected to customer LMS via SAML, SCIM, and xAPI; identity and access controls wired. Hardware test on VR, tablet, and desktop. Train-the-trainer sessions delivered to the L&D team.

Day 05 — Deploy. The module goes live to a pilot user cohort on production hardware. Executive readout delivers ROI projection, scale roadmap, and multi-year platform vision. Expansion intent is signed before the team leaves.

Customers walk out with eight production-grade artifacts: an immersive training module, a custom 3D environment, an AI scenario engine powered by Brainy, an LMS integration kit, a competency dashboard, a train-the-trainer playbook, a 12-month rollout roadmap, and a co-authored ROI white paper.

THE TECHNOLOGY  —  GENESIS 3 AND BRAINY

Genesis 3.  EON Reality’s world-centric immersive generation platform. Genesis 3 generates photoreal, procedurally accurate 3D environments from existing customer assets — photographs, schematics, BIM models, and point clouds. Capabilities engineered into the platform include Object-to-World geometry generation, Photo-to-Environment capture from site walkthroughs, equipment-accurate physics and behavior, HSE-compliant scenario branching, and runtime support for VR, AR, tablet, and desktop. The platform is grounded in five EON-owned XR and VR patents.

Brainy.  EON Reality’s conversational AI mentor. Brainy delivers voice-first interaction in 130+ languages, real-time competency assessment, customer-specific knowledge grounding (built from the customer’s own SOPs and protocols), customizable avatar with customer branding, behavioral feedback for soft skills, and dashboard surfacing for L&D leadership. Brainy is deployed inside every Genesis Bootcamp output as the AI scenario engine.

THE STRATEGIC LOGIC  —  BOOTCAMP AS WEDGE TO PLATFORM

The Genesis Bootcamp is a deliberate commercial wedge. Most engagements expand into multi-site, multi-million-dollar platform deployments within 12 months following the initial Bootcamp.

  • Phase 1 — Bootcamp (Week 1).  Five days. One use case. One working module. Proof rather than slideware.
  • Phase 2 — Site Rollout (Months 2–6).  The module is deployed across the full site. Three to five additional use cases are added. Subject-matter expertise is captured at scale.
  • Phase 3 — Enterprise Platform (Months 6–18).  Multi-site, multi-discipline deployment. Genesis becomes the customer’s workforce infrastructure rather than a point solution.

PRICING AND COHORT ACCESS

  • Standard — $250,000 USD.  5 days, single use case, single site, full deliverable set. Sized to fit within Executive Vice President signing authority at most operators.
  • Premium — $500,000 USD (recommended).  5 days, two integrated use cases, executive workshop, named ROI study with C-suite readout, optional joint press opportunity.
  • Enterprise — $1,000,000 USD.  5 days on-site plus a 90-day Forward Deployed Engineer embed, multi-site rollout plan, multi-stakeholder governance, quarterly executive review, and a direct CEO escalation channel.

Cohorts are deliberately constrained to four concurrent engagements per quarter to preserve the veteran-led delivery model that distinguishes the Bootcamp from generic vendor pilots.

“Energy operators do not have time for vendor pilots that take six months and produce slides. They need working AI workforce modules they can deploy. The Genesis Bootcamp compresses what used to take a year into five days — because the workforce inflection in energy cannot wait, and our customers shouldn’t either. We have spent twenty-five years building the technology underneath this. We are now putting it in our customers’ hands in five working days,” stated Dan Lejerskar, Founder and Chief Executive Officer, EON Reality.
