IRVINE, CA – June 2, 2026 – EON Reality, together with AI Ventures Inc., today announced the launch of EON Human 2.0 OS (H2O), a new operating architecture designed for regulated industrial enterprises adopting agentic AI. Delivered through a 90-day transformation engagement followed by a multi-year platform license, H2O enables organizations to integrate human expertise, AI agents, and operational workflows into a unified system that improves safety, compliance, workforce performance, and operational efficiency. The vision, architecture, and implementation framework behind this AI-native industrial operating model are detailed in the accompanying white paper, EON Human 2.0 OS: The Operating System for the AI-Native Industrial Enterprise

The launch addresses a gap in current AI-native operating literature, which has focused predominantly on white-collar work and software-centric organizations. The regulated half of the global economy — energy, mining, oil and gas, aerospace, automotive, pharmaceutical manufacturing, defense, advanced manufacturing, and utilities — has been treated as a footnote in the broader conversation. H2O addresses that gap.

“The conversation about AI’s impact on the firm has been overwhelmingly about white-collar work,” said Dan Lejerskar, Founder and Chairman of EON Reality. “Atoms are different from bits. The industrial half of the global economy needs its own operating architecture — one that respects regulation, captures the tacit operational knowledge that lives in senior operators’ hands, and reaches into the physical world through goggles, glasses, and simulations. H2O is that architecture, built on twenty-five years of EON substrate.”

H2O is structured as seven components. A Purpose Protocol codifies the enterprise’s mission, safety culture, and regulatory commitments as machine-enforceable rules. Five intelligence layers — Sensing, Interpretation, Decision, Orchestration, and a Learning Loop — handle the operational cycle. A Govern & Assure shell wraps the entire stack with agent passports, immutable audit logs, granular rollback, and human review queues mapped to regulatory frames including ATEX, IECEx, OSHA, API, ISO, IADC, and GMP. The seven components sit on the EON Substrate — Genesis 3 for tacit knowledge capture, FieldIQ for augmented field execution, AssessIQ for competency verification, and the established EON distribution channels.

The H2O launch participates in a broader intellectual current. Work by Salim Ismail on the Organizational Singularity, Marc Andreessen and Eric Schmidt on the strategic and economic implications of AI, McKinsey & Company’s quantification of agentic productivity, and Anthropic’s research on AI’s economic impact all converge on a common conclusion: the firm as designed for the last century is being dismantled by AI agents that have collapsed the cost of coordination and execution toward zero. H2O extends that thesis into the regulated physical economy that no software-only architecture can address.

EON has spent twenty-five years building the substrate that H2O makes operational. More than four thousand four hundred institutional customers across more than eighty countries have deployed EON technology, with more than one hundred thirty-six million platform downloads to date. The customer base includes leading energy operators, national oil companies, aerospace primes, automotive manufacturers, mining majors, industrial original equipment manufacturers, defense organizations, pharmaceutical manufacturers, and national government skilling agencies.

H2O Cohort 1 participants will receive direct executive sponsorship from EON’s leadership team, preferred pricing for the ninety-day H2O Engagement, early access to the Purpose Protocol, EON Compound IQ, and EON Integrity Suite components as they ship in 2026, inclusion in the H2O Reference Network and the cross-firm agent coordination working group, and co-authorship rights on the case study deliverable produced at the end of each engagement. Cohort 1 is sized to ten and is expected to be fully subscribed by the end of the third quarter of 2026.

“The window is open,” Lejerskar said. “We expect it to remain open for somewhere between eighteen and thirty-six months. After that, the category will be claimed. The industrial enterprises that move first will define the operating standards their peers are then forced to adopt. We built H2O for them.”

A comprehensive white paper detailing the H2O architecture, the seven-step engagement process, and the cohort program is available in EON Human 2.0 OS: The Operating System for the AI-Native Industrial Enterprise. .
