Last week, EON Reality finalized and signed a deal with USAID to bring the very first Interactive Digital Center (IDC) to Morocco and the entire Maghreb region. The seven-way partnership also features multiple local universities and government departments and serves as the starting point for EON-XR’s dispersion throughout the area.Attended by some of the area’s most influential members of government, education, and enterprise, Friday’s inauguration in Morocco’s capital of Rabat celebrated the official launch of the IDC in the city of Ben Guerir. Housed on Mohammed VI Polytechnic University’s campus, the new IDC will contribute to the growing Augmented and Virtual Reality (EON-XR) industry throughout Maghreb and bring EON-XR solutions to entrepreneurs, educators, and students alike.Additionally, over a dozen local, regional, and global media outlets were present to report on the news in three different languages, ranging from AfricaZine to Hibapress. The deal is sure to strengthen EON’s global brand as it looks to expand into other new markets as well as building upon existing locations.https://eonreality.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/Morocco-PR-Augmented-Virtual-Reality.jpgFor more information on the IDC in Morocco, check out the video recap of the inauguration (above) and the EON Reality website.
