The new EON-XR rollout will continue the solution’s growth across America.
EON Reality, the global leader in Augmented and Virtual Reality-based knowledge and skills transfer for industry and education, announces a new partnership with Michigan’s Baker College to launch a brand new EON-XR rollout.
The EON-XR rollout will span all of Baker College’s campuses and be the first of its kind in Michigan, which will likely draw more XR fans from the surrounding states to the school as well. It also shows Baker College’s commitment to bringing the best technology available to its students regardless of if they’re learning in the classroom or from home.
As Michigan’s largest private not-for-profit university, Baker College provides a unique opportunity for EON Reality to reach the next generation of both employees and entrepreneurs across the state. It’s the perfect setup for the blend of academic learning and real-world practical career training that only EON-XR can provide.
“While many of our efforts have been focused on expanding EON-XR around the world, it’s always nice to be able to provide the same top-notch solutions to a new American partner in an area we haven’t reached before. By working with Baker College, we know that we’ll be able to positively influence lives all across Michigan, as their reach is unparalleled in that regard. This is truly EON Reality’s opportunity to help teach and train the future of Michigan’s workforce.”
Dan LejerskarFounder of EON Reality
The new EON-XR rollout will provide a new depth of opportunity for students and teachers to incorporate XR into their daily education routine while also learning more about developing and creating XR content as a part of the rapidly growing industry. Additionally, it will provide local businesses with an opportunity to learn about the platform, which they can then seek out for modern technological solutions for all of their training and performance needs.
“Baker College recognizes that the way students learn today is ever-changing. Higher Ed institutions must move beyond passive, out-dated learning experiences, and provide students powerful, immersive learning activities that allow them to form new experience-based knowledge. With this goal in mind, Baker College has partnered with EON-XR, a global company focused on bringing augmented and virtual technologies to the masses, to integrate immersive, extended reality teaching and learning resources into our programs.”
