Dan Lejerskar is an engineer and serial founder who has spent 36 years making expert knowledge easier to pass on. He began as program manager on the Ariane 5 main-engine program at Volvo Aerospace, co-founded the simulation company Prosolvia, and in 1999 co-founded EON Reality, whose AR/VR learning platforms are used in 80+ countries. Today, as founder of EON AI Ventures, he leads Work Intelligence: Field IQ puts know-how at the point of work through a phone camera, and Genesis turns procedures into training simulators: Genesis cuts about 95% of the cost of a simulator that used to cost about $1M.

Dan Lejerskar holds dual MSc degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science from Chalmers University of Technology. He began his career at Volvo Aerospace as program manager for the Ariane 5 main-engine program, coordinating Volvo, MBB, Fiat and SEP. In 1988 he co-founded Prosolvia in Gothenburg, which grew from numerical simulation into interactive visual simulation. He later led RealityBUY and co-founded Greenwave Systems (2009). In 1999 he co-founded EON Reality, which has built more than 8,000 AR/VR applications used by over 40 million people and has deployed its platforms in 80+ countries, often with governments and national skills systems from Singapore and India to Ethiopia, Mauritius, Morocco and Kenya. He has spoken at the Asian Leadership Conference in Seoul, the CII Global Summit on Skill Development in New Delhi and the EDB Society AI Forum in Singapore. As founder and chairman of EON AI Ventures he now leads Work Intelligence: capturing how expert work is really done and delivering it on a phone with Field IQ, while Genesis builds training simulators from standard procedures. Genesis cuts about 95% of the cost of a simulator that used to cost about $1M.
