Corporate Grant Guarantee Program

I. Purpose

EON Reality’s Corporate Grant Guarantee Program provides selected strategic customers with support to fund the launch of new digital Augmented and Virtual Reality (XR) Hub (of up to 2200 employees) in the post-pandemic world. Based on decades of experience working with governments and intergovernmental agencies, EON Reality helps to identify and locate grants to cover a significant amount of the cost of a new XR Center for qualifying customers. The program is intended to provide support for the following purposes:

• Existing Roadmap for Implementing XR Technologies
• Post-Pandemic Recovery Assistance
• XR Deployment at Scale
• Commitment to Upskill & Uplift Employees
• Experiential Training and Performing Adoption
• Use of Digital Technologies for Internships, Recruitment and Onboarding

II. Eligibility

Only shortlisted and invited candidates are eligible for the Corporate Grant Guarantee Program. This award is appropriate for corporations that are seeking XR-based enterprise solutions at scale and lack short-term funding to launch organization-wide rollouts of XR programs in the post-pandemic world.

III. How does the Corporate Grant Guarantee Program work?

• If the application is approved, EON Reality issues the Certificate of Approval.
• Upon EON Reality and the EON Customer sign the Offer Letter agreement to set up the EON Program, EON Reality shall deliver the EON-XR Platform followed upon release the Merged XR Platform and Spatial Meetings Platforms for 2200 trainers and trainees upfront & Hardware as per EON-XR Center equipment list see attached in Appendix A under the column EON Co Investment and Grant Guarantee.
• EON Reality guarantees hereby a $15,056,992.50 Grant in form of an in-kind co investment from EON and a donation through EON Reality Learn for Life to cover the 100% cost of the EON-XR Program for Year 1 as specified in the EON-XR Program equipment list attached in Appendix A under the column EON Co Investment and Grant Guarantee.
• The EON Customer has an Option but not an obligation to extend the Offer Letter for Year 2 to 5 and receive additional grants representing an additional total value of $45,134,977.50 that covers 75% cost of the EON Program for 5 years.
• Upon EON Reality’s delivery of the EON-XR platform, the EON Customer shall pay a grant a one-time guarantee fee of 1.67% of the EON-XR Program value i.e., a total within five (5) days after the delivery of the EON-XR Platform Licenses.

IV. Application Procedure

Only applications received by January 31, 2024 will be considered.

• Intro Meeting – Introduction between EON Reality and the applicant – Day 1
• Solution Meeting – Needs assessment for XR deployment at scale and a deep dive into EON-XR – Day 10
• Determination Meeting – Executive determination, meeting with decision-makers to discuss crucial customer information. – Day 15
• Application Submission – Day 20
• EON Reality Board Decision – Day 25
• Signed Corporate Grant Guarantee Program agreement – Day 30
• Delivery and Implementation Plan – EON Reality delivers the EON-XR Center components and the pedagogical and technical XR experts to start the implementation.

V. Review and Award

A special review committee consisting of EON Reality’s Advisory Board members will determine the overall quality of each grant application. Applications will be evaluated in accordance with the criteria outlined below. Additional consideration will be given to the applicant’s potential for carrying out the project, the time commitment, the adequacy of the facilities and the justifications presented.

The application will be recommended for approval or disapproval within 10 days after receipt. If recommended for approval, it will be assigned a priority score. All applications will be forwarded to the Advisory Board for final approval.

There is no financial obligation, binding commitments, or any corporate liabilities with submitting the application. If your organization gets approved, you will receive a certificate which is valid for 30 days. During this time, you can approve or decline the agreement and grant. After receiving your application, EON Reality will take time to go through the agreement with you.

It is only after our mutual review and signing of the agreement that it becomes binding.

VI. Evaluation Criteria

Once your application is eligible, EON Reality will follow the below evaluation criteria.

• Organization excellence
• Existing roadmap for implementing XR technologies
• Post-pandemic recovery impact
• Quality and quantity of XR deployments at scale
• Corporate commitment to upskilling & uplifting employees
• Strategic focus on experiential XR-based training, performing, and strategy
• The use of digital technologies for internships, recruitment, and onboarding

VII. Scores

EON Reality will score each award criterion on a scale of 0 to 5.
0 – Proposal fails to address the criterion
1 – Poor. The criterion is inadequately addressed or there are serious inherent weaknesses.
2 – Fair. The proposal broadly addresses the criterion, but there are significant weaknesses.
3 – Good. The proposal addresses the criterion well, but a number of shortcomings are present.
4 – Very good. The proposal addresses the criterion very well, but a small number of shortcomings are present.
5 – Excellent. The proposal successfully addresses all relevant aspects of the criterion. Any shortcomings are minor.
