The Genesis 3.0 Pipeline: Eleven Steps, Two Phases

Genesis 3.0 divides the entire XR training creation and delivery process into two phases — Create and Play — across eleven sequential steps. Each step presents the user with one simple question and clear options. The user never sees the complexity underneath.

CREATE PHASE (Steps 1–7)

  • Step 1 — Get the 3D Object. “What do you want to train on?” Browse thousands of pre-built models in the cloud library, import a CAD model, use EON 3D Object to create from a photo, or scan the real object with a phone or LiDAR.
  • Step 2 — Set the Environment. “Where does this training take place?” Generate a photorealistic environment using WorldLab from a photo or text prompt, choose a built-in environment, or import a custom 3D scene.
  • Step 3 — Label Components. “What is each part called?” The system auto-detects component names from mesh metadata. In most cases, 80%+ of labels are correctly identified. The user reviews and corrects the outliers.
  • Step 4 — Auto-Configure Interactions. “What can each part do?” The AI analyzes each labeled component and suggests interactions from a library of more than sixty primitives — rotate, hide, snap, highlight, animate — with confidence scores (e.g., 92%). The user approves or edits.
  • Step 5 — Define the Procedure. “What should the trainee learn to do?” Import an SOP document (the AI parses it into structured steps), pick a reusable recipe template, or let the AI generate a procedure from context.
  • Step 6 — AI Assembles First Draft. Automatic — no human input. The AI reads the procedure, matches meshes to steps, selects interactions, assigns sounds from twenty-two available effects and four particle types, and produces a complete training draft.
  • Step 7 — Human Reviews and Refines. “Did the AI get it right? Talk to fix it.” The user plays the draft and tells the AI what to fix using natural language: “make the smoke bigger,” “wrong part is spinning,” “add a warning sound.” The AI understands context and iterates until the training looks right.

PLAY PHASE (Steps 8–11)

  • Step 8 — Choose Training Mode. “How should the trainee learn?” Four progressive modes: Show Me (guided demonstration), Train (guided practice with auto-hints), Let Me Try (silent practice, mistakes tracked without penalty), and Evaluate Me (timed assessment with scoring, auto-fail on critical steps, and certification).
  • Step 9 — Choose Device. “Where will trainees access this?” The same training runs on desktop web (mouse and keyboard), mobile and tablet (touch with ‘chopstick’ pointer for precise 3D interaction), AR viewer and AR glasses (camera overlay on the real world), and VR headset (fully immersive WebXR with controllers).
  • Step 10 — Interaction and Guide Modality. Two layers. Input method adapts to device: mouse, chopstick, controllers, or gestures. Guide method for demonstration modes: HeyGen AI Agent (a realistic AI person explains each step), Drone Fly-through (camera flies to each component), Mixamo Avatar (3D animated character demonstrates), or Virtual Hands (hands interact with parts). Agent and drone can work together.
  • Step 11 — Measure and Improve. “How are trainees performing?” Per-step scoring with configurable weights and critical-step auto-fail. Gamification with XP, badges, daily streaks, and skill progression. Competitive leaderboard across teams. AI-graded oral assessment against keyword criteria. Real-time instructor dashboard monitoring all active trainees.
