Lejerskar holds dual Masters of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science from Chalmers University of Technology, Gothenburg, Sweden.
Mats earned a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Chalmers University and an MBA in International Business Administration from Gothenburg School of Business.
Jan is currently leading the global Product Development that is spread around the globe at offices in Sweden, UK, France, Singapore, Australia and US. The latest development under Jan’s leadership is EON-XR. It’s a scalable, cloud based, Software as a Service AR and VR Platform that provides the core features needed for educational institutions and enterprises to build, deploy, and scale knowledge transfer applications.
Jan specializes in VR and AR innovation and currently holds 5 approved patents and many more pending. He holds a Masters of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology, Gothenburg, Sweden.
In 2014, Jordan co-founded the Meetup group Orange County VR, where he was able to organize and host many VR-focused hackathons and demo events. In 2016, he joined the EON Reality marketing team as Interactive Director. Having revamped the company's brand and web presence, Jordan began getting involved in the design of the company's software platform. In 2018, he was promoted to Creative Director and is now responsible for the UX design of the company's XR platform.
Prof. Andersson has been a leading proponent of the flipped classroom at the university level, and its adoption has been part of NTU’s meteoric success. In working with EON Reality, Prof. Andersson is looking to evolve the flipped classroom into “Classroom 3.0.” which blends e-learning, moocs, and distance learning with experiential learning technologies such as EON Reality’s EON-XR Platform. Additionally, Andersson will advise our network of Academies and help guide its future development.
Brita holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from Gothenburg University, Sweden and during her studies she also focused on international relations, English, and East and Southeast Asian studies.
He is focused on expanding EON Reality’s operations and strategic partnerships on the European market and also on the African Continent. He has a long background working in Africa which includes a great experience in developing partnerships with organizations such as United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO).

Before entering this position, Nicola Poleschi spent 10 years as director of art galleries and managing entrepreneurial activities in the tertiary, education and tech sectors, throughout his career has always stood for proactivity and vision towards. Nicola began his career in 2004 personally managing relationships with large institutional clients and merchants in the sector of cultural-artistic assets of Italy.
After a successful career, he has gained significant experience in international relations with roles of increasing importance and now develops cutting-edge IT projects and innovative business models, aware of the enormous opportunities that the AR/VR market holds. He is a lover of sports, gourmet, home cinema and is an expert in digital technologies with a background linked to the Industry 4.0 and innovative teaching applications, he’s married with three children.
At the beginning of his 29-year career, he has worked at government organizations and international companies. Year 2001, he started his own business and accumulated a lot of practical experience in IT vocational education and software development. He has successfully led the transformation of the company and trained a large number of local professionals.
Mr. Ning joined EON REALITY as a consultant since 2017, he hopes that through the leadership of the Chinese team, they will sustain the company’s three major strategies. To localized EON's technology, participate, and help on local governments to develop the XR industry, and to establish a university talent association in China, this is to promote XR technology to improves the level of education apps, integrates Chinese university into EON global innovation network, and promotes XR technology to stronger the development of traditional industries.
In 1999, he joined EON Reality as a founding team member in Irvine, California. From 2003 till 2007, he was based in Chicago, driving the Midwest accounts along with managing the channels growth for Asian markets. Since 2008, Sridhar has been based in Singapore managing the subsidiary operations. Into 2020, Mr. Sunkad has led the EON Singapore operations with a successful track record of providing leadership and vision over the last 12 years. He is responsible for overseeing EON’s APAC markets along with R & D charter at Singapore office.
After working for close to 5 years with a portfolio management company on Systems Development, joined a Banking Software Company and has been involved in Development, Implementation & Support. Spent more than 7 years in Africa and 2 years in Bangladesh implementing Banking Software at 12 different Banks & Credit Unions along with managing local support centers and handling various other projects. As Relationship Manager for Africa, was involved in handling day to day operations with customers across the region. During Oracle takeover, formed the central PMO and implemented Business Process and then moved handle Operations and was responsible for managing Resources, including Demand fulfillment & Supply management and strategic decisions / recruitments for Services Line of Business.
Been part of AUGVER Digital Solutions, the Indian Subsidiary of EON Reality, since 2019, managing India Team and responsible for ensuring quality contents are created as per curriculum and also handling License Management, Product Support and Analytics to EON Management to take necessary actions & help in decision making.

John Christopher Gaeta was born in New York and as a child lived in eastern Long Island.
He graduated from New York University (Tisch) and for a time lived in NYC. where he worked for the Saturday Night Live film unit. It was during this time that he was first introduced to multi media arts, animation, holography and culture.
From 1994-1998 he worked as a camera assistant for The Trumbull Company whose founder designed the visual approach to 2001, Blade Runner as well as invented new formats including Showscan and Immersive Simulation Rides.
From 1998-2008, he was a principal creative collaborator with the Wachowski siblings on multiple cross platform projects including the Matrix Trilogy, Speed Racer and others.
From 2009-2012, he formed a stealth development company, Float Hybrid, that exclusively worked with Microsoft (“Analog”) which incubated the Kinect and the Hololens initiatives. This period of time involved extensive creative research into the boundaries of human interface (sensory) as well as pioneered “interactive holograms”.
In 2012 he joined Lucasfilm at the onset of Disney's acquisition. His charter was to work on “disruption” and was directly linked to the new Star Wars conceptual “visualist” group, the story group, the advanced real time graphics development group, ilm research and Disney Imagineering.
In 2015 John co-founded Lucasfilm’s Immersive Entertainment division: ILMxLAB and established its mission to “Develop, Produce and Release premium, story based Immersive Entertainment Experiences for Star Wars and other imaginative universes”. During his tenure there he served as its overall Executive Creative Director, focusing on original and experiential content across multi platforms. xLAb collaborated with groups and external companies such as Google, Apple, Facebook/Oculus, Epic Games, Disney Imagineering and Research, others.
In October 2017, he joined Magic Leap as SVP Creative Strategy to develop roadmaps and northstar initiatives (future platform, future form of content). Of primary note was his origination and establishment of the Magicverse. As well, he established an “imagineering for immersive” research group that created advanced proof and prototypes covering areas such as spatial computing for smart cities, xr co presence/telepresence, mixed reality cinema realism.
Today, 2020, he provides strategic advisory for some of the most progressive XR platform companies in the world.
He is a certified manager of quality from TUEV Austria, the first accredited expert for the certification project in 4 levels from the International Authority for Project Management.
Hajrizi is an accredited examiner and trainer for Quality Management under the umbrella of European Organization for Quality Austria, the main expert for EFQM model accredited from ILEP foundation.
Rector Hajrizi came back from Vienna to make his dream come true. His dream was to establish an institution that brings in Kosova the most technological innovations and developments, which are up to date with the most developed countries, becoming the first address for higher education studies in Kosova and region.
In 2001, Hajrizi founded the insitution IEME bringing a different approach in researches, university studies, professional trainings and international conferences. 2003 was the year when UBT got licensed, fiercely entering the field of univerisity studies.
The establishment of UBT marks a new chapter in the development of higher education in Kosova, being up to date and showing a whole new level of education like never before.
From 29, the number of students in the first generation, to 10,000, the number of students that left their future in the hands of UBT- This is a prof of the success of UBT and professionalism of Hajrizi which made many people strongly believe in this insitution. Today, 90% of those students are active in the job market and hundreds of other people are employed thorughout a year, representing the greatest reward for them.
