This initiative will establish innovative EON-XR Skills & Innovation Centers that deliver immersive, job-aligned training to accelerate sustainable employment and micro-entrepreneurship.

Through the partnership, EON Reality will provide its comprehensive EON-XR learning platform suite—which includes XR, EON-AI, Digital Twin IQ, and Career Compass—alongside turnkey hardware solutions, localized content strategy, and a “Train the Trainer” program to certify local instructors.  The flagship center model will feature scalable user access, complete on-site commissioning, instructor certification, and ongoing service support. All content IP developed through the program will be owned by Hindalco, ensuring locally relevant pathways to employability and growth.

Key Elements of the Partnership:

• Establishment of flagship EON-XR Skills & Innovation Centers leveraging XR, AI, and digital twins for hands-on, competency-based training.
• Delivery of the full EON Reality platform stack and licensing suite with installation, hardware, and local instructor certification.
• Localization of curriculum and content to reflect regional languages, industry needs, and unique employability pathways—with content IP retained by Hindalco.
• Comprehensive technical support and measurement of learning-to-employment outcomes to drive continual improvement and scalability.
